Box Construction
All of our custom cabinet boxes are fabricated as a European style cabinet; frameless with separate adjustable toe kick legs. We use 3/4" pre-finished Maple ply which utilizes SoyStrong ELX technology, an insecticide additive in the glue line. The insecticide permeates into the wood fiber protecting the plywood from termites and other wood boring insects. SoyStrong ELX is all soy with no formaldehyde and meets rigorous standards for indoor air quality. Other interior material options are available; white or grey laminate interiors, matching interiors, etc

Drawer Construction
Our standard offering for drawer boxes is 3/4" pre-finished Maple ply. Other options are available; metal Blum Legra drawer boxes, white or grey laminate interiors, etc (see other options). Our Tandem plus Blumotion and Movento runners, from Blum USA, are the latest advancement in concealed runner technology. They offer excellent stability while maintaining smooth running action and unmatched soft close feature. Our Blumotion soft close concealed hinges (hinges can't be seen when door is closed) offer a smooth operation and keeps cabinets from slamming

Shelves/Panels/Trim/Valance
Interior adjustable shelves for upper, lower, and pantry are 3/4" pre-finished Maple ply with finished front edgebanding. Roll-out drawers and shelves, as well as glass shelves, are available as an upgrade. Typical application for finished end panel is applied to box (slightly oversized for installer to fit perfectly). The undersides of the upper cabinet box is finished with a matching panel, with or without LED lighting. LED set is available as an upgrade.
